These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or engaging our cleaning services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC offers commercial cleaning services tailored to the needs of businesses and organizations, including but not limited to:

• General cleaning and sanitation
• Floor care and carpet cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Deep cleaning and specialized services

A detailed scope of services will be outlined in the contract or service agreement provided to the Client before services are rendered.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information: Ensure that all details regarding the cleaning needs, preferences, and expectations are clearly communicated before the cleaning services are provided.
• Preparation for cleaning: Prepare the areas to be cleaned, including removal of any personal belongings, furniture, or items that may obstruct the cleaning process.
• Access to premises: Ensure that our cleaning team has safe, unhindered access to the areas to be cleaned during the scheduled service time.
• Security: The Client is responsible for securing valuable items and documents. 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left unsecured.
• Notification of special needs: Notify us of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns (e.g., allergies to cleaning products, sensitive surfaces) ahead of time.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling: The Client and 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC will mutually agree upon the date and time for the cleaning service. Services will be performed on the agreed-upon schedule.
• Cancellations: The Client must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes to the cleaning appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage of Service Fee].

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: The cost for cleaning services will be agreed upon in advance and specified in the service agreement. Prices may vary depending on the scope of the work, the frequency of service, and any special requests.

• Damage to Property: While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to property during cleaning, including pre-existing conditions that may be exacerbated by cleaning efforts (e.g., fading, wear, or damage to sensitive surfaces).
• Special Requests: Any additional requests not included in the service agreement may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

6. Health and Safety

2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC is committed to providing safe and efficient cleaning services. The Client agrees to:

• Provide information regarding any known hazards or dangerous substances in the area to be cleaned.
• Ensure that the premises are safe for our cleaning staff, including the presence of working smoke detectors, emergency exits, and adequate ventilation in cleaning areas.

Our team will use industry-standard cleaning products and equipment. However, the Client should notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaning products or chemicals.

7. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning services provided.
• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Client's negligence or failure to fulfill their obligations under these Terms.

8. Termination of Services

2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to any Client for the following reasons:

• Failure to comply with the payment terms.
• Failure to meet safety and access requirements.
• Failure to adhere to the responsibilities outlined in these Terms.
• Any illegal or unethical conduct by the Client.

In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the point of termination.

9. Force Majeure

2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, power outages, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of all Clients. We will not disclose any personal or business-related information obtained through our services unless required by law or requested by the Client. 11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." The Client’s continued use of our services following such updates will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
