2. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our cleaning processes do not cause damage to property. However, 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for any:

• Pre-existing damage or defects in the property or equipment.
• Accidental damage occurring during cleaning when items are left unattended or improperly secured.
• Loss or theft of personal items left in cleaning areas, as our team is not responsible for handling personal belongings not specifically requested for removal.

In case of any damage caused by our team during the provision of cleaning services, clients are required to notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, resolve the matter as per the terms of our service agreement.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that areas to be cleaned are safe for our team to access and work in, including the removal of any obstacles or items that may hinder the cleaning process.
• Notifying us in advance of any special cleaning needs, hazardous materials, or specific instructions regarding sensitive areas, equipment, or surfaces.
• Understanding that certain cleaning tasks or treatments may require additional time, cost, or equipment, which may be communicated to the client before the service is provided.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we aim for the highest quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as complete stain removal, odor elimination, or the restoration of surfaces to a like-new condition. The effectiveness of cleaning may vary based on the condition of the space, materials involved, and the nature of stains or damage.

5. Third-Party Services

For any third-party products or services used (such as cleaning chemicals or specialized equipment), 2P's & A Pail Commercial Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for any side effects, reactions, or issues that may arise from the use of such third-party products or services.
